4AIR, a leading force in sustainable business aviation, has reached a significant benchmark in its mission to decarbonise private air travel: the company has now verified over 100 global locations offering Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) through its industry-recognised “Where to Find SAF” interactive map.
The SAF map powered by 4AIR and now available via Aviation International News (AIN) Online, has become a vital tool for operators looking to integrate SAF into their fuel strategy and reduce emissions across their flight operations.
“This expansion in SAF access marks a pivotal moment for aviation sustainability,” said Kennedy Ricci, President of 4AIR. “It empowers more operators to adopt greener practices and makes decarbonization through SAF more realistic and achievable.”
Since its launch in 2021 with fewer than 20 verified listings, the SAF map has grown to 114 global locations by the end of Q1 2025. These include 92 airports spanning 47 in the U.S., 43 in Europe, and additional sites in Asia and the Middle East.
“The growth we’ve seen in just a few years demonstrates how quickly the industry is moving,” said Nancy Bsales, 4AIR’s Chief Operating Officer. “It’s a sign that business aviation is taking real, measurable steps toward lowering its carbon footprint.”
In 2024 alone, 50 new locations were added, with 15 more joining in the first quarter of 2025, underscoring increasing demand and supply for SAF across the globe.
As SAF availability grows, so too does the need for robust tracking and verification. 4AIR’s Assure SAF Registry provides clients with a comprehensive system to log and certify their SAF usage, critical for both voluntary reporting and regulatory compliance.
“Proper documentation strengthens environmental accountability,” said Ricci. “It also allows operators to credibly demonstrate their commitment to sustainable aviation.”
Leaders across the private aviation sector are echoing the significance of SAF and 4AIR’s role in scaling its adoption.

“SAF is one of the most effective tools we have to reduce emissions today,” said Scott Cutshall, President of Real Estate & Sustainability at Clay Lacy Aviation. “We’re proud to be part of the supply chain that’s bringing it to operators across the industry.”
Signature Aviation’s Sr. Director of Environment & Sustainability, Beatrice Batty, highlighted her company’s ongoing SAF investments:
“Our goal has been to build a comprehensive and reliable SAF supply chain. This remains central to helping our guests and partners advance toward net-zero goals.”
At Jet Aviation, Joao Martins, VP of Regional FBO Operations for Europe, emphasised global coordination:
“We are committed to offering SAF where and when it makes the most environmental impact, most recently adding our Basel headquarters and major maintenance hub to the network.”
And Avfuel Corporation’s Executive VP C.R. Sincock, II, pointed to long-standing innovation:
“We’ve been investing in sustainable solutions for over a decade. Today, supplying SAF is a natural extension of that mission and a crucial step toward greener skies.”
